From the moment we walked it, we experienced a no pressure, courteous, helpful sales person in Lucian. He listened to what we were looking for, found the correct specifications of the model, trim etc from a secondary lot where they stored vehicles and patiently worked with us. The overall experience was pretty painless. We did have a bit of back and forth with the manager on the final price but they were very transparent with the invoice price, whether there were any Costco, Corporate or other discounts that we could leverage etc. At the end of the day we purchased the car at a satisfactory price. Financing was smooth and done extremely fast. Lucian even offered to and actually did drive the new car home with us and dropped it off. It was a very nice of him to do that after his work hours. Good personal touch! More
