Best Car Experience Ever...and didn't even leave my house Lucian Brener...... Absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I live in Ohio, so being 500 miles away had its difficulties without being ther Lucian Brener...... Absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I live in Ohio, so being 500 miles away had its difficulties without being there, test driving it, seeing it in person. Before anything began, I was honest from the get go with Lucian. My wife and I were suffering with the credit score from my wife having to leave her job a few years ago, but we had a pretty good down payment. I told Lucian here is the situation and if you can do something, that would be great. He told me to give him the day and he would see what he could do. That afternoon, he called and he had got it done, got us approved with the payment I wanted and it wasn't some completely ridiculous interest rate. He had my papers over nighted to me at work and we had the car we wanted. If it only went that easy with the transporter lol. I can say, the company I hired at first was a nightmare. They were supposed to have picked the car up on Friday,  March 31, 2017. Friday came, Saturday and Sunday came, and nothing. Sunday night I was able to arrange for another company to get the car by Friday that week. Lucian offered for me to fly down and even stay at his home for the night and drive back myself.....Who does something like that for someone you never even met in person. We had many phone calls and text keeping each other up to date and even talking about the stuff in our lives. It honestly was like talking to a brother or cousin. He is one of the nicest person I have ever met or should say, haven't met. If you are looking for a car at one of the Jim Ellis dealerships, you need to go see Lucian first, you will not regret it.
