He has been polite, knowledgeable and courteous in answering all our questions and helping us find a new car. Lucian sold us our Hyundai Santa Fe two years ago that we love and still have. This time we were looking to buy our first convertible. We noticed a few Audi's at the Marietta dealership. Lucian went out of his way to pick the car up and bring it to the Hyundai dealership so we could test drive it. We liked it except it had quite a few miles on it. Just as we were going to put our car search on hold, another Audi A3 became available in Marietta with very low mileage. We viewed the photos and the specs and became very interested. We called Lucian on Saturday and he met us in Marietta to look at it. They were closing at 7pm and it was about 6pm by the time we got there. We took it for a test drive and really liked it. About 3 hours later, we agreed on a price and were leaving the dealership. Lucian stayed with us the entire time. We sat in our new car and Lucian gave us a quick lesson on all the controls. It was a long day but we were driving away with our new car. We feel Lucian went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the purchase of our car. He made himself available to us and was there every step of the way. This is the second car we have purchased with Lucian. He is a very trustworthy and personable salesperson. He prepared me about what to expect during the closing process and was like a friend during the process. The car had to get detailed and have a little work done and Lucian came through for me with a courtesy rental at no extra cost until my car was done.
