I was so impressed with the telephone conversation I had with him, and promised him that I will visit Jim Ellis dealership and meet him personally at least once before I buy Hyundai or any other car. I actually wanted buy Volkswagen Passat. I had an excellent offer for Passat, however after meeting Darrel, I decided that I will buy Hyundai from him. I liked the car, but more than that, I liked Darrel and bought the car from him. He is a fantastic person and I never met such a wonderful Sales person in any automobile dealerships.
