The first was for a 2016 Tucson and the 2nd was a 2014 Sante Fe Sport. Lucian Brener was our salesman for both and he was invaluable. From walking us through our first purchase and making sure we were happy afterwards to finding us the right car for our 2nd daughter, he was always available and working to help us in whatever way he could. He communicated all the details in a timely manner, but was never pushy. After the 2nd purchase, even when a small problem was discovered on the Sante Fe, most dealers would have said "sorry, that could have happened on the drive home", but Lucian went the extra mile and most generously made it right. He sat with my daughter and showed her every feature and contacted us several times after to make sure she didn't have additional questions. The next kid in line is only 8 but we'll make sure to go Jim Ellis Hyundai - we are VERY happy with their cars and their service! More

Refreshing - How Purchasing A New Car Should Work Compared to competitive dealerships, Jim Ellis Hyundai was a refreshing change. One would have thought that in 2017 car dealerships would have abandon Compared to competitive dealerships, Jim Ellis Hyundai was a refreshing change. One would have thought that in 2017 car dealerships would have abandoned the sleazy old sales tactics of yesteryear, but that was not our experience except at Jim Ellis Hyundai. No run around, no being passed from sales qualifier to manager to finance guy to someone who ultimately give you a price. No high ball price, hoping you would bite. No insulting add-ons built into the price like fabric treatment, nitrogen in the tires, etc. to inflate the price. Instead, we were politely greeted, salesman qualified our interest in type and style of vehicle, showed us options, clearly explained model, option and pricing differences, offered and provided test rides, and when requested provided a straight forward, competitive price first time (we had already done our homework online and been to another local Hyundai dealership). Upon reaching agreement, paperwork, etc. went smoothly as well as full explanation of operation of features of the car, service requirements and the like. Would highly recommend. More
