Great Car Shopping Experience! So professional! I walked into Jim Ellis knowing exactly what car I wanted to see. As luck would have it, I was given Marty Adelman as a sales representative. I hand I walked into Jim Ellis knowing exactly what car I wanted to see. As luck would have it, I was given Marty Adelman as a sales representative. I handed him the printout from the Jim Ellis website for a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan 3.8 with Tech Package and said that I only was interested in seeing this car. Within five minutes, he had produced the car and was giving me a bumper to bumper tour. I already knew the car because of an experience the previous day at another dealership. Marty's expertise and the top notch condition of this car sealed the deal over the previous days experience. My husband Ron and I were so impressed with the effort Marty put into getting me into this car. Marty spent a lot of time explaining all of the equipment on the car as well as synching my phone with the blue tooth. We received a followup call to see if we were happy with the car once we got it home. I had a couple of minor issues and he promptly made arrangements to handle them. I will highly recommend Marty to all my friends and or anyone who admires my beautiful car. Thank you Marty for making an experience I usually dread an outstanding one. More
