The first time I visited the dealership there were two cars I was extremely interested, but unfortunately they both sold while I was there, right before we were able to secure either one. I was SO disappointed, but Lucian promised me he would find another car that met all of my criteria. He genuinely cared about ensuring he found one that made me happy - and he worked with the used car manager to find one for me - and he did in less than a week! Lucian and his team at Jim Ellis truly do care, and they gave an extremely fair deal on the car. I'm thrilled with my new Hyundai! More

Not your typical car buying purgatory Hi! I would like to very much recommend Jim Ellis Hyundai and their excellent staff, especially sales and car specialist Marty Adelman! The title of Hi! I would like to very much recommend Jim Ellis Hyundai and their excellent staff, especially sales and car specialist Marty Adelman! The title of my post refers to what many who read this blog must have gone through in the past: walking into a dealer and getting either ignored because you are not dressed well enough or immediately approached with a high pressure sales pitch. None of that here: just a respectful and well informed discussion or your car needs, and a low pressure test drive or two if you ask for one. Also missing from my previous experiences was that sinking feeling you get when a price is first put forward and you can see that you have hours of painful negotiating ahead of you. Marty especially was a straight talker who knew a lot about the car and gave us a low price fair deal right off the bat. He was very patient and willing to talk to us about other pricing deals or financing options, but in the end my wife and I agreed that his first offer was the best. Oh and, by the way, the cars are really great also! I hope your experience is as good as mine. -- Brian More

Joe quickly established credibility by simply doing what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. My wife and I felt as though he really just wanted us to be satisfied and that putting us in the car would be short sighted. What a concept! The other thing we valued was his knowledge of the product line. it was like having a tech specialist in the car with us. He then spent time with us after the purchase helping set up all the Android Auto features and helping us figure them out! He has continued to follow up to offer more assistance as we try to master that part! Really, when we returned a few days after the purchase, it felt like going to a second home. Everyone there seems to be totally focused on an excellent customer experience. More
