As with most people, I was skeptical that the car was actually as advertised and that they would try to upsell me. Lou and the team were nothing like that! They were so nice and took a lot of time with me in looking at the car, test driving it and discussing a purchase. They gave me Carfax without having to ask for it. When it came time to do the paperwork, they did make me aware of optional coverage, etc, but there was no surprises or drama. Overall - an exceptional experience! I would recommend them to everyone.
