After looking at several dealers, I thought I would get one from Case; was that ever wrong!. After a terrible experience at Rick Case Duluth, I decided to try Jim Ellis again and see if they could provide the same experience for me in this replacement effort. I was NOT disappointed in the least. The Ellis team was super. Worked with me to create a win/win situation where many times this kind of effort comes up short with many disappointments. Not the case here. They did a great job presenting the car (Genesis), working with me to get a fair price that we both viewed as win-win. Jim Ellis has now sold me two vehicles and his dealership will always get the first opportunity to provide my next vehicle. Not often does a dealership go two for two, but I would rate them 5 star for the whole experience. More

Great buying experience Went to dealership based on online indicators that they had a pre-owned Genesis I was interested in. I was allowed to test drive a couple of vehicles, and when I questioned some vibration I felt, was also allowed to test drive a new one. Although I was satisfied that it was just a road surface issue, Damien had a service rep test drive the one I had settled on. I was about to sign, told him I really wanted to buy New, and disclosed a deal I was quoted. Jim Ellis dealership met and ultimately exceeded the quote. They also had the exterior/interior combo I wanted, which other deal did not. Overall a great experience and I'm enjoying my purchase. More
