It was under warranty so I arrived when the service department opened on Saturday morning. Although I did not have an appointment and was very frustrated, Mr. A.G. Elder exercised patience and professionalism and worked me in to have my care serviced. He arranged to have the tire brought in from another location, had the tire mounted and balanced and completed an alignment in a relatively short amount of time. He and the other advisors kept me apprised of the work being done. Mr. Elder is a very knowledgeable and genuine service provider. More
