Being here, done that, coming back! I originally purchased a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec from Jim Ellis, it was a great car and everything at the dealership was done correctly and they I originally purchased a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec from Jim Ellis, it was a great car and everything at the dealership was done correctly and they definitely went the extra mile, because of the rarity of the car they allowed me to stay extra late at the dealership just so that I could have my car that day. Sadly that vehicle was totaled, but I immediately came back to Jim Ellis for my second Hyundai, this time a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and again experience was amazing. Spencer (my salesman) and his team were great, straightforward with you and "Albie" (my finance man) was also amazing, I'd recommend both of them to anyone and the dealership in general to anybody that wants a Hyundai (who doesn't!?) When I found the car of my dreams, an Audi A5, on the lot at Jim Ellis Hyundai, I tried to prepare myself by reviewing all the 'tactics' of car salesmen, trying to avoid making a catastrophic mistake that would end up hurting me in the pocketbook for years to come. My worries were completely unfounded. From the moment I called into the dealership to make an inquiry, to the time I stepped foot into their showroom, to the moment I drove off in my car, on my terms, the experience was nothing but positive.
