Given the current market conditions, I was searching online for a specific model, and verifying that it was on the lot. (The other numbers were different and were for different departments) I told the woman that answered that I had an easy sale for her. She said (In a snarky tone) You will have to talk to sales. Huh? What? The number that I called said sales. Strike number one. So, she got someone on the phone. The man sounded like he was half asleep. I told him that I had a vehicle I was interested in a stock number and that his website said it was on the lot. (I checked all of that in advance). He said he will verify. He got back on the phone and said something like, it is not on the lot. He didn't say whether it was sold, whether it was an inventory error, or what. But if it was sold, computers are very fast, and their system should have removed it from the on the lot category promptly. Strike number two. Then, he said, I have others that are BASICALLY the same. So, I asked him, what does basically mean. He said that it was more or less the same. I asked him again, what does more or less mean.
