Given the current market conditions, I was searching online for a specific model, and verifying that it was on the lot. I found my model of choice at Jim Ellis, and called the number on their website t online for a specific model, and verifying that it was on the lot. (The other numbers were different and were for different departments) I told the woman that answered that I had an easy sale for her. She said (In a snarky tone) You will have to talk to sales. Huh? What? The number that I called said sales. Strike number one. So, she got someone on the phone. The man sounded like he was half asleep. I told him that I had a vehicle I was interested in a stock number and that his website said it was on the lot. (I checked all of that in advance). He said he will verify. He got back on the phone and said something like, it is not on the lot. He didn't say whether it was sold, whether it was an inventory error, or what. But if it was sold, computers are very fast, and their system should have removed it from the on the lot category promptly. Strike number two. Then, he said, I have others that are BASICALLY the same. So, I asked him, what does basically mean. He said that it was more or less the same. I asked him again, what does more or less mean. He began going over some of the features, and when he got to the interior color, I stopped him. His on lot model interior is black. The one that we are looking for is beige. Strike number three. Sead Garanovic is absolutely PHENOMENAL. Sead was very patient, answered all of my questions, he was honest, extremely knowledgeable about the car and the entire process. I text & called Sead a few times after I purchased the car. I bought a 2022 Genesis G80 and he knew every feature and what all the bells and whistles were for and never became annoyed with me contacting him. I told him, I'll need to get 2 PhD's to learn all of those buttons and touch screen features that car has. Sead is an extremely nice young man and he is going to go far in whatever path he chooses in life. This dealership gets an A+ from me. I even received a call from Kevin, the General Manager of Sales one week after I bought the car. Amazing. Thumbs up for all the kindness shown to me during and after my business with them. I'm that person who does not trust a salesperson have Shannon Smith with Jim Ellis Hyundai to help me on my journey to find me a much needed vehicle. I'm that person who does not trust a salesperson especially at a car dealership and I expect a bad experience so with that being said along with other issues, I didn't have a car until recently. Shannon gave me a great impression from the moment I met him. He was pleasant, kind, and honest from the beginning. I was suppose to return to see Shannon at the dealership more than once but due to a serious health issue I have a, work, and other issues, I wasn't able to make it to see him. The vehicle I was trying to purchase was sold and I was disappointed but understood. I still needed a car. Shannon still trusted me and kept in contact with me. Never once did he pressure me, become rude, unprofessional, uncaring, etc. He was apologic and continued to be patient with me. Shannon was trying to find ways of taking care of me at the dealership or outside the dealership. He worked with his team and found another vehicle for me. Now I know someone is probably thinking he just wanted to make a sale and that's his reason for continuing to be patient with me, but no because I'm sure he had other customers who wanted to purchase a vehicle as well. He could have moved on but didn't because of his caring heart. I begin to feel like he was treating me as if he was my son who wanted to take care of his mom. I will always remember him because he is an exceptional person. It's so hard to find people who are not selfish with all the things, such as corvid, that we are all facing today. Shannon is a person who helps give hope. I'm blessed with a new 2022 Elantra Sel. Thanks Shannon for everything. More

Major and Daniel were absolutely amazing! I came in on a Friday and I kinda already know what I wanted which made it easier on them. They made everything possible for me to be able to sign fo I came in on a Friday and I kinda already know what I wanted which made it easier on them. They made everything possible for me to be able to sign for my car before I left out the building that day. The next day Major made it possible for me to be able to come and pick up my car.
