Great experience. We were greeted almost immediately and assigned two agents. One for Genesis and one for Hyundia. Both agents were very personable and professional. I drove over 2 hours to buy from this dealership so that I didn't have to pay that unfair mark up. Buying a car can be a complete beat down and an all day experience, but the folks at Jim Ellis were so kind and helpful and made the experience so great. My husband and I started out with an online experience with Jim Ellis Hyundai and it exceeded our expectations. Eleanor Aguilar was fantastic. She was a hoot over the phone and she made us feel comfortable dealing with the dealership through non-traditional means. We then dealt with Jaldrin Rodriguez. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He had everything ready for us when we arrived. He was so good at pointing out all of the features of the vehicle. I felt like Jaldrin really had our best interest at heart and he wanted to help us. We ended our Jim Ellis experience with Sam Patel. Wow. He was awesome too. So knowledgeable and informed about how to do the best financing for us. He treated us so well and was very efficient in his job. Usually the time with the "finance guy" is torture.....not with Sam ! While inventory is limited at this time I was able to find a great little car, the Kona, and did purchase one. I wasn’t pushed into a test drive before we even talked. By the time we did a test drive I felt like I understood the car a little bit and what I could be looking at while I drove. He was very knowledgeable about the new technology and the different features of the car. The finance department also was extremely professional and very very pleasant to work with. Sam went over all the details to be sure I understood them and offered me all of the extra packages. I wasn’t pushed into them and my opinion was excepted. While I was waiting I could see that other staff operated the same way. I would definitely recommend and expect the dealership and Chuck to offer everyone the same great and pleasant service. More
