I stopped in at Jim Ellis Hyundai to test drive a Hyundai Tucson one week ago. The receptionist directed me to Hamilton. He had an appointment coming up but did arrange for me to take a test drive. He took all my contact info, including email and phone number. When I returned from the test drive he was in his appointment so I just asked him to call me later. Several hours later I called him and got his voicemail, where I left a message with my contact info again and stating I wanted to start the process of buying a Tucson. One week later I have yet to hear from him and have bought a car elsewhere. I am truly happy for him that he has so many sales that he can just let a sure thing walk away. More

I had gone to Jim Ellis looking for a new GV80 SUV, which I had researched online and had visited the lot on a Sunday, where I could take me time without being pressured. I returned a few days later and ask for one sales rep and was told that he was off, I then ask for another who was also off. These were 2 sales representatives who had been recommended to me.. Lucky for me. because I ask for a Genesis Sales consultant and it was Steven Bae who helped me. I had asked about 2 GV780's that I had researched and saw on that Sunday. Mr. Bea found out that those 2 had been sold. Needless to say I way disappointed because I had driven 75 minutes to the dealership. Yes, I know what your going to say, I should have called, but I'm glad that I didn't because Mr. Bae then helped me. When had driven to the storage lot to look at a vehicle that was similar to what I was looking for and hadn't been prepped. Afterwards we returned to the main lot and i ask if he had a business card and he provided me one. I went to my car to let everything soak in, then returned and ask for Mr. Bae again. I ask if we could return to the storage lot and look at the vehicle that I had previously looked at and without hesitation he obtained another vehicle in which to transport us to the storage lot again to view that same vehicle that I had previously saw. His patience, knowledge, and attitude were all outstanding. A true asset to the Jim Ellis family. I highly recommend that you ask for Mr. Bae if you're interest in any Genesis or Hyundai product, you won't be disappointed..
