Upon arrival Shawn greeted us by name and let us hop in and take a quick test drive. After paperwork was done, he spent another 45 minutes getting the SYNC handsfree to work on car before she left the lot. He was bound and determined to solve the problem and I appreciated his determination and positive attitude.
