Knowledgeable, Professional, and without Pressure! After making the appointment to take a test drive, I arrived at Jim Ellis Hyundai and met Kenny. The car had been driven to the front for easy access. From the beginning, Kenny made me feel comfortable with his friendly and engaging personality and was excited to show the car. His knowledge of the car was very thorough. He went over all the features, but after he showed me a couple or so features, he would ask if I had any questions. When I did have a question, he answered it clearly, if I didn't have any questions, he would move on the next set of features. Near the end of the test drive, we stopped to get out of the car and have a good look again at the cargo space, and folding the third row seats up and down. He also directed my attention to the new headlights that are brighter. I also sat in the back seat to check out the comfort. Kenny was never pushy, and did not rush me, but allowed time for me to process various aspects of the vehicle, I appreciate Kenny because this is thousands of dollars we are dealing with! More

From the beginning, he was EXTREMELY patient with our many questions, never pressuring us to purchase a vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about Hyundai cars, and he took the time to explain all the features of the cars that we were interested in. He worked hard to find us the best deal on the car that we wanted, and he was very trustworthy. We knew we were in good hands with Billy. Another thing to highlight is that it took us a really long time (1 week) to decide on the car we were going to buy. Yet, despite our constant communication with Billy and our indecisiveness, Billy was extremely patient and kind through the entire process. Overall, Billy Jung demonstrated the HIGHEST level of professionalism, kindness, trustworthiness, knowledge, and patience. We would recommend everyone to LOOK FOR BILLY JUNG. Thank you SO much Billy!! Another incredible experience we had was with another Jim Ellis Hyundai employee, Daniel Castano. Daniel does not work in the sales department, but he took the time to take us on two test drives with the two vehicles we were trying to decide between (context- Billy was with another customer at this time, and we had to be somewhere very soon, so Daniel volunteered to do this). Like Billy, Daniel took the time to explain all the features of the cars we were interested in, helping us to get a better idea of how each car drove. Daniel was extremely kind, patient, and trustworthy. Billy and Daniel represent the BEST of Jim Ellis Hyundai, and we are so thankful to have received their help!!! The only negative experience we had was with our financial manager, Mark Smolyer. Our interaction with Mark was extremely short - perhaps 10 minutes - yet it was enough to leave an unfortunate impression. He did not even introduce himself, and there was certainly no handshaking involved - no attempt to establish any relationship or display any kindness, warmth, or appreciation for our business. His facial expression and body language displayed that he did not want to be there, that he did not want to work with/talk to us, and that he was extremely bored. He barely made eye contact, talked in a robotic voice, and blatantly ignored a small-talk question that we asked to lighten the mood. I wonder if he was having a rough day, or if he was unhappy because we chose not to finance with Hyundai. Regardless, I believe that Mark was a poor representation of the high-quality service we received from other Jim Ellis employees. Mark Smolyer lacked the professionalism, kindness, trustworthiness, and patience that were clearly seen in Billy Jung and Daniel Castano. Overall, our experience at Jim Ellis was made outstanding because of Billy Jung. We are so thankful to him, and we would recommend him to ALL! More

I had one brief conversation with Shoshana before being connected to Lawrence on the sales team. After our first conversation he was aware of what I was looking for, quickly did some research and got right back to me. We settled on a fair price for the new vehicle and my trade. Since we were driving across town he even went the extra step to retrieve the vehicle from their off site lot so it was sitting there waiting for us when we arrived. The transaction time can always be faster, but Lawrence made the most of our wait time by demonstrating features and making sure we were comfortable with the car. Sam made the contract signing process quick, transparent and straightforward. I won't hesitate to return if I purchase another Hyundai. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and ended up with a new car! I was killing time waiting for my car and decided to look at some cars in the lot. Shawn asked if I wanted to look at anything and I told him I was just killing time. He wasn't pushy at all (which I hate) and told me to let him know if I decided that I wanted to look at something. He was very friendly and accommodating and ended up spending most of the day with me (because I couldn't make up my mind which car I wanted). More
