These two salesmen were courteous, knowledgeable, patient and made the buying experience a pleasure. As a compromise with my wife, we finally chose to purchase a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T with a few of the "bells and whistles" that would make me happy!! The deciding factor of the purchase was that with two replacement knees and hips my wife could very comfortably slide into the front and back seats. All in all, we had a wonderful car buying experience at your dealership and will return when in need of servicing. More

Customer Service - No Buying experience was initially OK. Internet response was good and I felt like somebody cared. After buying, I inquired thru e-mail about the title delivery date and the employees (Sales Manager and Finance Manager) who initially were "Great" were long gone, out-of-reach and would not reply. The only reply I got was from the salesperson and kudos to him but his info was 2nd hand and inaccurate. After the purchase you are "Old News". The sales and purchase experience should cover all stages, inquiry, visit, purchase and after purchase. The after purchase was poor and the 2 star instead of one was because I did get a response from the salesperson. More

Stopped into Jim Ellis and as luck would have it Aaron Jackson worked with me to find the best fit. During my visit Aaron listened to my needs and what I was looking to achieve. He searched his inventory and presented an option, I ultimately purchased. Sam Patel, F&I was another pleasure. Overall, I hate the car buying experience. Typically purchasing a luxury car is a less pushy experience; the other Hyundai/Genesis dealers treated me like I was buying a base model Accent, Aaron and Sam at Jim Ellis were able to understand the difference; the other two Hyundai/Genesis dealers in Metro Atlanta visited, not so much. Overall very pleased with experience; both in ease and transparency. More
