He was NOT PUSHY, but strictly informative! The only single issue was on US, because we had our credit frozen and forgot the PIN to unfreeze it so we could purchase the vehicle... If not for that hiccup we would have been in and out with our new Hyundai Genesis in less than one and one half hours upon arrival! The vehicle was meticulously cleaned and fueled-up then Saban assisted us with transferring belongings between our trade-in and new car then we all sat in the new vehicle to insure that we were "very" familiar with the basics of operations and safety of our new vehicle! Top FIVE BEST experiences ever in buying a car! More

Misleading and no follow up Two of the salespersons used lies and misinformation to try to sell us. We drove there twice with the assurance that the car we wanted was in stock an Two of the salespersons used lies and misinformation to try to sell us. We drove there twice with the assurance that the car we wanted was in stock and available to drive. However, upon our arrival we were told (1) it's not quite ready or (2) it's here but we can get the computer to release the key. Three hours later we find out car was never even on the lot They then tried to get us to sign a commitment to purchase it sight unseen. We politely refused but offered to put down a refundable deposit, but that's not accepted without signing the commitment. We asked that they notify us immediately when it would be ready to be seen and driven, and we were assured they would contact us as soon as it was ready. Don't hear from them the next day, so I call the following day and they report it was sold yesterday. Total lack of customer service, lies that are an insult to your intelligence. Beware, as truth is hard to come by here! More
