The whole dealership gives off a very relaxed vibe; there was no pressure to purchase, just a focus on helping the customers. The car that we picked out ended up having a small issue which Darrow promised would be fixed and he worked closely with Eric Kim to ensure that it was. Hau B Cao managed the Financial aspect of the deal and he was also wonderful. We are very satisfied with the car that we purchased.
