When I contacted them they were more than helpful. They gave me a salesperson and he took it from there. He understood what I was looking for, guided me through the steps the obtain the vehicle. He even offer to pick me up at Atlanta airport if I so chose to fly there. Paperwork was able to be done prior to my arrival, car was ready (cleaned and detailed). When I arrived the employees acted as if I was a regular customer like I fitted right in. Everybody was cheerful and helpful. I was nervous to go this route at first but am extremely happy that I did. The car looks and runs great (drove it back to Charlotte North Carolina a 237 mile route.
