I gave Darrow 5 stars because from the very 1st phone call to him to until I drove the car off of the lot, he has been right there with me. I hadn’t bought a car in nearly 20 years so all of this was new to me. I had my heart set on a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. The first one I thought I wanted was sold 1 day prior to my arrival on 1/29. He was patient with me, explained every step of the process to me, especially since I was relocating from Illinois to Georgia. I got in town on 1/30/18 and Darrow picked me up from a Marta Station. That was so nice of him and it was his off day. He waited to leave the dealer until I literally drove the car off of the lot. I was able to get the car I wanted with ALL of the features I wanted. He continued to follow-up with me about needing a copy if my GA license and insurance cards. I really appreciated his due diligence reminding me of items he needed. I had so much going on with the move. I had to go back to Chicago to pack up my house and then returned to Atlanta and had to get a scotch gard product applied to my car and seats. Darrow still extremely pleasant. He was honest about the wait time since I didn’t have an appointment. I would most definitely recommend Darrow to my family and friends. I am beyond happy with my vehicle. I love my Tucson! More
