In all of my years I have never been treated by such a professional salesman such as Darrow. My wife and I have had such horrible previous experiences that prior to the beginning of the dealing, my wife stayed outside of the facility and sent me in by myself. But we quickly learned that dealing with Darrow was without a doubt a pleasant experience. Darrow was not only extremely patient but was very respectful and made everything very smooth. Darrow made my wife and I feel at ease throughout the entire buying experience. In addition, even after we purchased the vehicle I contacted Darrow on a few occasions and he was very responsive, responsible, professional and helpful. It has been a pleasure knowing Darrow personally and hope that when my wife and I decide on purchasing our next vehicle that Darrow is still a salesman. We will DEFINITELY, WITHHOUT A DOUBT DEAL WITH DARROW AGAIN. All in all, when my wife and I decide to purchase another vehicle we will definitely go to Jim Ellis and hopefully Darrow again.
