Great place to buy a new car with no trade in. Don’t plan on trading in a car here. They lowballed me on a car I had purchased new from them 4 years earlier. I had to go to Carmax instead. Worst Car Buying Experiece Earlier today we visited Jim Ellis Hyundai in Atlanta. Late last week my husband talked with their Certified Pre-owned Manager, Eric Kim. Today we w Earlier today we visited Jim Ellis Hyundai in Atlanta. Late last week my husband talked with their Certified Pre-owned Manager, Eric Kim. Today we were met by a "Darrow" (no business card offered) who recognized our name, but we never did meet Mr. Kim. "Darrow" was on his cell during the entire test drive, knew very little about the car we had done research on, and when asked about 2017 models available, we were told "they are all sold." Hmmm. Highly unlikely. The first "offer" from "Darrow" was for $3,030 shown to us on his cell for our 2009 Genesis in excellent condition with high mileage. Of course, (true to sales rep instruction) he left us in a cubicle while he went to find a sales manager. We waited, waited, waited. Finally, we strolled around the dealership and found him in an office with two other men. There we were told the NADA on our car was $6,225 but reduced to $5,025 due to rim and tire wear. My husband made an offer to the three men and asked them to call. We were there with checkbook in hand for a cash transaction. As of 6:00 p.m. no call-back. More

No knowledge of product sold! Sales person gave us conflicting information on payment. Told us we had to have certified check or cash to purchase used car. Did not reveal to us the problems that need attention until car was purchased. The first time my wife went in to test drive the car was not ready or pulled to drive. We informed the dealership that we were on the way. Financing person apolized for conflicting information on payment alternatives when my wife paid for the car. When I decided to buy the car and told them that I did'nt need to be sold, representives kept calling and surving me and asking me exactly when I would be there. More
