I'd been searching for a good buy on a 2015 Lexus RX 350 on the internet when one popped up on Jim Ellis Hyundai website. We moved to coastal NC in 1990 from the Atlanta area. I remembered growing up hearing the Jim Ellis jingle on TV, 'Jim Ellis will sell us for less'. I made an inquiry and Lucian called. Things moved quickly as Lucian was very accommodating not only on the price but also incredibly, he agreed to meet us halfway in Columbia SC to get the deal done on his day off!!! He was never pushy though, even suggesting we first get family in Atlanta to check out the vehicle. We decided against that as we want to surprise them on our next visit. You see, this Lexus is a HUGE step up for us! Knowing the culture and integrity of this dealership gave me the courage to trust Lucian to make this purchase in this unconventional way. The trust Lucian and Sam Patel put into me was very surprising as they didn't know me or my level of integrity at all. Lucian really went the distance for us (pun intended)!
