Exceptional Car Purchase Experience -- thanks Darrow I first met Darrow in December of 2016 as I was looking to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. Though I ended up purchasing the Santa Fe from another dealer I first met Darrow in December of 2016 as I was looking to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. Though I ended up purchasing the Santa Fe from another dealership because of available inventory, he left a positive impression because of his responsiveness and professionalism. So when it came time to purchase another vehicle in June of 2017, I worked with Darrow and I am now the proud owner of a certified pre-owned 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Again, Darrow was very responsive and very professional. We were able to handle all the details via email and I was quickly able to secure the vehicle and stop by the next day to pick up the car. He already all my paperwork ready so I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour -- and it would have been sooner, but the there was an internet outage in the area which slowed things down.
