Everyone that assisted me on my arrival at the service department drop off area was friendly and professional. The service advisor took an interest with my concerns and understood about my car's needs a department drop off area was friendly and professional. The service advisor took an interest with my concerns and understood about my car's needs and reason for my visit. It was necessary to drop the car off as its servicing would be long and lengthy to complete, so transportation was arranged to take me home and bring me back upon completion.
