Christian was so helpful in the process of selling our car and getting a new one. He worked with us throughout the whole process, staying in contact with us from the beginning and even checking in a few d car and getting a new one. Right from the start Christian was the best. He did not pressure us to buy even when we told him we were very interested but wanted to wait another month before buying. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE on the cars we asked about from the cost of the car to the upgrades of each car. Christian is a very respectful young man! Which is not always seen these days. And after buying the car he was eager to show us all the perks of the Kia Sportage. We haven’t had anyone that wanted to take the time to show us how our new car actually worked and invited us to stop by anytime if we had any questions on how to work something if we didn't remember. Oh, most importantly he introduced us to a Kia service team member!! In one word he was AWESOME! More
Worst service I have ever received from Kia, or any other dealership. We purchased my Kia Sportage last year at a different Kia Dealer and paid for the maintenance service plan. Upon making my appointment at dealership. We purchased my Kia Sportage last year at a different Kia Dealer and paid for the maintenance service plan. Upon making my appointment at this specific location in kennesaw- I confirmed over the phone that my vehicle was under warranty and would not have to pay. While checking out I was asked to pay $120, because I “should have mentioned the warranty to him before the service”. We have 3 brand new vehicles that get serviced as they are supposed to and have never had to provide proof that they’re under warranty. It’s always been looked up through the vin number of the vehicle. I asked how long it would take for them to verify that I paid for the maintenance plan, and the response I got was “well it’s a long process and I’m going to lunch, so you’d have to hang tight for about another hour and a half and most of the time the dealer you bought the vehicle from won’t want to pay for the service”. After waiting an hour for the service I wasn’t going to wait an hour an a half for him to go to lunch, as I had my 8 week old baby with me. I was left with no choice but to pay the money to get my car back. Not only was the answer I received unprofessional, but I wasted money I should have never had to. I called the Kia dealership I purchased the vehicle from and was told they didn’t understand why I had to pay for the service. I also called the Kia in Cartersville and was told my next service is under warranty. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I wanted to purchase a Telluride from this Kennesaw location, but the service we received today completely made us change our mind. I have called twice to speak to a manager with no luck. I would not recommend. More
