Robbie in service does a great job taking care of my needs I had my car cleaned up and it was terrible the windows were still dirty. The inside was not even detailed the people who clean cars just are aren’t there to satisfy customers

"Clear & concise "

I scheduled an appt. for recall work & much to my delight, discovered there was an extended warranty on another issue. My car is not brand new. Jason treated me with respect, spoke to me with kindness & concern & answered all of my questions. The cost of an alignment was even less than my regular mechanic. Parts were ordered & received quickly & I was without my vehicle for a very short time. There was no part of my experience that was not pleasant.

"Did easy work, took way too long"

My service was an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall that was simply a software update. The service took way too long. I had made an appointment in advance thinking this would making things simpler. But it took over an hour and a half. They also did not keep me informed as to the timing. Bring back Cobb County Kia.

"A person who loves their job, shows it. "

The first day I went to the service center I talked to a young lady, not once did she look at my car before giving me advice to call my insurance company, I was there 2 hours trying to find someone to help me. The second day I went Lavar met me when I pulled up and took me seriously and within an hour he had answers and a plan. Thanks to Lavar my car is fixed and I'm a satisfied customer again.
