The service team lied on my invoice and stated I was over due on an oil change and car was empty of oil! When in fact I have proof that I was not overdoing an oil change, and my car had oil in it before it a due on an oil change and car was empty of oil! I have just purchased a Kia and had a recall and requested an oil change. Due to the lack of communication between service department and back I was there for 4 hours.
