Bought a 2015 Corolla from them on Monday (05/01/2023) and everything went fast and smooth. Paid cash for the car and was in and out really fast. HOURS spent at the dealership for a simple oil change.No notes entered about a previous issue that now has to be escalated to the manager who I’m yet to hear from. And then I hear that my issue may or may not be resolved at the dealers expense when the dealership caused the issue in the first place?! I’ve been a Jim Ellis customer for 30 years with multiple VWs and Audis. This Kia location DOES NOT live up to the legacy. Diana is ok / friendly but has too much going on and is not focused on the issues at hand. More
