I replied and said I’ve got a deal that I’m ready to execute you’ll have to beat that deal and I’m not coming down there to talk about it. He contacted me back the same day with an offer that was much better than what I was contemplating at the time. I am not naïve enough to think that the dealership did not make extremely good money off me in this inflated market. However Kevin saved me $4000 of my hard earned cash. And that makes me very happy. His timing could not have been better. And he was extremely easy to work with and pleasant and friendly. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone who asks More

Car sat for five days. Then came an inexplicable “recommended” servicing for over $500 including on a battery about ten days old. Another KIA service of our car —which had done an oil change in May—suggested a trans engine failure—and to do just an oil change and have the car checked at another thousand miles. When the car was picked up, all the other services were shown as declined-no reason given??? Two communications were sent to KIA website with a request of assurance that the document of events as actually occurred—was included with the invoice. If reported to Carfax, this is imperative! We requested a response, and have not received one five days later. More

Jesus in the service department took great care to insure we were well taken care of last Friday evening. We had a blowout on I285 and I75 junction and we waited 6 hours for a AAA service.
