I never went back to the that the one near my house! All my business from that time on has been with Cobb County Kia/Jim Ellis! This time was no different! They promptly took care of my recall even though it wasn’t the fix I was anticipating. It took well over one month to get an appointment. Also, was able to get a transmission fluid flush. Team could not explain to me what exactly was going to be performed in the car. When I called every time I got someone on the phone they told me something totally different. It stayed at the dealer for 2 day performed in the car. When I called every time I got someone on the phone they told me something totally different.
