Worst experience I have ever had at this place. Was told my vehicle was ready, came in and waited almost 45 minutes while being looked at, told that no one could help me because Phil was on lunch, Was told my vehicle was ready, came in and waited almost 45 minutes while being looked at, told that no one could help me because Phil was on lunch, so I guess I had to take lunch with him. I will not be coming back. The service department has definitely gone downhill since I started going there back in 2018. Then was charged over $100 for an oil change. I hope my money pays for new training for y’all. More
