I purchased my Niro on February 21, 2022. Nick was a great help when I contacted him after I got home with my new car and realized that the cover for the fuse box was missing. He followed up, saying that he would have one ordered and that it would take about two weeks to arrive. I reached out after three weeks and no word from Nick. He told me that it would be ordered and arrive on Tuesday, March 8. I haven't followed up yet, but I was hoping to get a call upon its arrival. Another reason for the one-star rating is because I was told that the dealership could do as well or better on the interest rate my financial institution gave me, only to find out that it was higher as I was signing papers. I should have listened to Clark Howard; never finance a car through a dealership. I like my new car, but I'm disappointed with the customer service. Who delivers a vehicle with parts missing and doesn't make it right ASAP? Also, when I received the updated Carfax report for the pre-delivery inspection completed by the dealership, the mileage was missing, and I wonder why? The car had a little over 1900 miles on it when I bought it, which is quite a few more miles than the 280 on the December 15, 2021, Carfax report, but not a deal-breaker. It just seems suspicious. I was waiting to receive the fuse box cover before completing the survey, but the lack of concern and communication is very disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere for my next purchase and car maintenance. More
