My car was there for service for nearly a week before I received any communication from the rep. They received the wrong part for my car and then there was an additional week wait for it to be serviced. I received any communication from the rep. I received an email stating my car was ready for pick up, and I communicated my pick up time and was told my car was ready. Upon arrival, my cars tire was so flat it couldn’t even be pulled around nor did anyone know why the tire was flat. To add insult to injury my car had not even been vacuumed out so it was clear the rep never laid eyes on it to ensure it was ACTUALLY ready. Next day, the rep still has not called to get an update on how everything went. I hope to never have to use this service center again!! More
