I bought a new 22 Kia Soul in October and have not had a single mile where my car was flawless except when it was being test driven. Despite promises made; the service department and the management team have all been unable to fix an issue with a brand new Apple Car Play. Their advice has been to call Kia Motors and talk to them. Kia’s advice has been to call the dealership. Their advice was to not have an Apple phone. The solution was to order a new radio, and they still do not have an eta of when or if it will even be ordered. I’ve left too many voicemails with this entire team to be ignored. I do not trust this team anymore and do not want anyone else to have to deal with them. Please go to another dealer that will make sure your car and you are taken care of in a timely manner. More

Mark was a great help and love the atmosphere at this location. I’ve had bad experiences at another location. I have called multiple times about my visit and keep getting sent to voicemail. I wasn't satisfied, I wasn't asked if I wanted my tire rotated, truck wash not washed, I bought my key ring in because the silver part just broke on me and I wanted to know if it could be repaired. I was told you no longer offer oil changes coupons. I was told you discontinued using the motor oil I been getting for three years. The oil change ends up costing over $100 More
I had an appointment scheduled, and when I arrived they couldn't find me in their system. So they considered me a walk-in. My service consultant was wonderful!
