I took my vehicle in to verify mileage for the Kia Fuel Economy Adjustment Reimbursement on December 6, 2021. As of January 20, 2022 I still had not received my reimbursement. I telephoned my service adv Economy Adjustment Reimbursement on December 6, 2021. As of January 20, 2022 I still had not received my reimbursement. I telephoned my service advisor Camille Williams a number of times in January, left messages and received no response. I also wanted to schedule an appointing for recall work. Again, no response. I contacted KIA directly about the reimbursement and they verified that the dealer never submitted the mileage. They also tried to contact this location. No response. KIA has made alternative arrangements for me so that I can receive my reimbursement. This is the second time I've had this problem at this location: once when it was Cobb County Kia and now as Jim Ellis Kia. We won't be back. More
I typically walk away feeling very appreciated as a customer but this visit was different! This time, I can rate them 5 stars. When I took my car into get the oil changed, they got it done in less than 1 hour and was very courteous. My technician was Lavar Fredricks. Apart from Lavar, I didn't like the process in how customers have to stand and wait on the side for a technician to see them. Other customers that come in don't seem to notice the short line and will take your turn. The technician gets confused about who was next. I know because that was done to me although I didn't want to make a big deal about it that time, it made me not want to purchase another KIA if this isn't changed. It doesn't look to be a fair system. I would rate that a 1 star. Thanks. More
