Finally, our business/financing rep, Brandon Pond, was also very competent, friendly and thorough in explaining and executing the various documents required to handle the trade-ins and purchase process. He's got a lot of capability and a bright business future. All in all, we are extremely pleased with our experience in dealing with Jim Ellis Kia and will strongly recommend it to our friends and family who are considering an automobile transaction in the future. The only feedback I have is about the pricing. This location has repeatedly talked down about having my car serviced outside the dealership, yet I was quoted $750 for a brake and transmission flush wit location has repeatedly talked down about having my car serviced outside the dealership, yet I was quoted $750 for a brake and transmission flush with the dealership and $330 to have the same work done at a reputable maintenance chain. I did not ask Kia to give justification for the large price difference but the price is solely why the work was taken elsewhere. More
