He took into consideration all of our needs as well as giving us all the pertinent information about the KIA in order to make a final decision. Furthermore I accidentally set off the security system when we stopped at a store on the way home. We were unable to disengage the system no matter what we did even after following the directions in the owners manual.. When my grandson called James who was on his way home, he pulled over and consulted his manual as well. With numerous calls back and forth, James was right there trying to walk us through every possible intervention. Finally the problem was solved. James' concern for our welfare and the necessity to get us home with our new vehicle went far beyond his job description. Hang on to him. He was outstanding both at the dealership and during our mini crisis! More
