The power behind these words is so strong that many companies have failed to grow or have fallen due to the lack of appreciation, understanding and integrity. What are the key ingredients to the words “Customer Service?” I can only imagine the challenges you face each and every day. Usually, when someone speaks about this organization, there are different perceptions that may come to mind. Great service every time I’m there. I never feel like they try to over sell me when I’m in just for some basic maintenance. Very welcoming place, I met the service manager (Chris) in the area where you pull up. I thought he was just a worker because he was pulling the cars in and putting the stuff in them. I purchased my used 2016 Kia Sorento from Ed Voyles in 2018; unfortunately, it is almost impossible to get a service appointment in their shop in a ti I purchased my used 2016 Kia Sorento from Ed Voyles in 2018; unfortunately, it is almost impossible to get a service appointment in their shop in a timely manner. As a result, I went to Jim Ellis to get my car serviced. I was fortunate to work with Jason Dale who is an amazingly knowledgeable and helpful service advisor. He walked me through what I needed to do to get my car up to snuff. In addition, he made me feel like I was at home despite buying my car from another dealer. I really like Kia automobiles, and I'm sure that I will get another one in the future. If service like Jason provided is the way Jim Ellis does business then I know I want to buy my next car from their dealership. Great job all around. Thanks Jason!!! More
