Repair I scheduled an appointment to repair my back door handle that fell off (the other side fell off 11/18 and still not recall). Came home, found the handle, ordered 2 parts totaling $17 with shipping, pulled up a video on youtube and repaired it myself. Still had to pay $89 (over $100 after taxes and labor cost to look at it). Now back to Diana, she is awesome and always happy. She is my favorite service person to work with. Fast service before I needed to go out of town I contacted Lavar when the engine light came on, he returned my call promptly and advised me how to get the vehicle to him for service the next day.
