Mark in the service center was very friendly. I appreciated his pleasant attitude. I was disappointed in my 4 hour wait. I expected a couple of hours based on what was needed but then it too way lo appreciated his pleasant attitude. I was disappointed in my 4 hour wait. Katherine Nunn hit it out of the park!!! On Sunday, my 2014 Kia Soul+ died while in the area. 24 hours later, I was driving off the lot in a brand new 2020 Kia Soul S! I don't have the best c On Sunday, my 2014 Kia Soul+ died while in the area. 24 hours later, I was driving off the lot in a brand new 2020 Kia Soul S! I don't have the best credit (rebuilding from divorce), nor did I have a great trade-in, and I thought I was going to end up with a used car, but Katherine did all she could do to get me into a brand new car that will give me years more road life, with the bells and whistles I really wanted in an upgrade! I was shocked it worked out so much better than I was expecting, and I still have to pinch myself when I see my new car. From front to back, the experience (primarily online) was smooth, with only a bit of waiting for Finance at the dealership (they were down to just Chris Turner that evening), which was understandable and acceptable. I cannot recommend the team at Jim Ellis Kia enough, and will definitely send any other Kia friends their way in the future! More

Finance dept. very disappointing. Turner’s review of paperwork was FAST. In area of service and maintenance/warranty purchases the amount was not as he quoted! In review when I got home I had signed up for $2000 and had been told 699. Which I repeated to him. My fault I guess for trusting his word instead of slowly reviewing each line BEFORE I signed! Ok but not ok This was an appointment for my mother and as she lives a bit aways. She came down that morning and dropped the car off at 0930. At 1230, she calls and gets no answer and I call. Get told the car just went in about 30 mins ago and should be done in 2 hrs!!! At 1530 we go and ask about the car, it’s been ready since 1330/1400!! She was given $100 off the bill but sometimes money is not enough. She did get to spend the day with me and my kids, but she had other things planned that she had to cancel. Would give higher review but for the lack of information as to what was happening, not good! Didn’t get service tech name but he did help us out. More
