Had a 2 recalls to get handled, lived to far away to drop off. Staff were friendly and I was impressed by diligence. Took a little over 2 hours but understandable due to current situation. Great staff. Dianna is spectacular. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the part that was needed to service my car was unavailable. They had to order a cannister for the Emissions and I have to g giving 4 stars is because the part that was needed to service my car was unavailable. They had to order a cannister for the Emissions and I have to go back for the repairs. That was not her fault. I know there's a recall and the service department is probablyvery busy with that and it's hard to keep enough cannisters in stock. More
