Great staff. Dianna is spectacular. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the part that was needed to service my car was unavailable. They had to order a cannister for the Emissions and I have to g giving 4 stars is because the part that was needed to service my car was unavailable. They had to order a cannister for the Emissions and I have to go back for the repairs. That was not her fault. I know there's a recall and the service department is probablyvery busy with that and it's hard to keep enough cannisters in stock. More

Great Experience Everyone is always nice and ready to help. Jason used to be my service guy but I think he got a promotion. But I was still left with Diane, who has always been a pleasure. We bonded on her past experience in dental offices (her past profession). This time at the dealership because of the pandemic they were obviously short staffed, so my wait was longer than normal. No worries, I was willing to wait. I love how kind and accommodating everybody was. Diane is always full of energy and extremely helpful. The only two things that I would say that I would change, and this is not going to affect the overall 5 stars, is the young lady that is the receptionist in the showroom area. If you are not feeling well, INCLUDING allergies. Stay home! We are in the middle of a pandemic and sneezing and coughing at the front desk may not be the most welcoming thing. She actually had someone ask her about it. The customer even expressed that she had respiratory issues and could not get sick. Understandable during this time. Also, when I first got to the office I walked in on (I think his name is Josh) barking orders at the staff from across the room. The more professional thing to do is to ask the employee to come to where he is and speak with them in softer tones. I do not need to know the stress levels and that they are short staffed. Seemed a little unprofessional to be and abrasive. Other than that everyone was nice and kind. Camille was nice too. Thanks! More
