Attentive and Accommodating - best car buying experience yet We asked the impossible - and Jim Ellis Kia delivered....with a cherry on top. We wanted a custom Telluride and finding a dealership willing to assis We asked the impossible - and Jim Ellis Kia delivered....with a cherry on top. We wanted a custom Telluride and finding a dealership willing to assist in our "neighborhood" never panned out....until we contacted Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. From the initial outreach, Matt R and crew made it one of the most exciting new car purchases....and it was simple. We knew what we wanted, down the the cargo mat, there was no haggling, no upsales, no pressure to buy...just a good ol' fashion - "we're here to help put you in the car of your dreams." The car had to be ordered - done - no hassle, no fuss. The car was expected to take 90 days to build....it was delivered sooner. When it came time to pick it up - it was like a red carpet was rolled out. After a heartfelt welcome, Matt R introduced us to our sales rep, Greg L to finalize the sale. This process is always dreaded when buying a new car, but not the case here. Greg, Matt and GM, Mike B had all their ducks in a row, paperwork in order, trade-in rep ready to assess our Sorento being traded in - the process was seamless. The new car was gassed up, and ready to drive off the lot. Nothing is without its hiccups, and unfortunately as technology can sometime do, it caused some minor delays in processing the final stages, but the Jim Ellis crew didn't miss a beat....they offered sincere apologies coupled with snacks, beverages and even hands-on walkthroughs on the new car features and technology to pass the time. I left with my new car programed to my comfort, synced with my phone, new apps downloaded and operational - all questions were answered. The were patient and thorough and even made themselves available for questions that I had the next day after driving it home. I was amazed at the "you're like family" mentality at Jim Ellis Kia - it was worth the extra drive. I would highly recommend buying your next Kia from Jim Ellis. Thank you Jim Ellis Kia!! More

She explained the tech's findings in plain English, and they even found a recall update supposedly performed by another dealership which was never done. They took care of everything while I was there and even washed my truck. I left with a vehicle running like a top and shining like a new dime. I will never take my Kia anywhere else.
