I was so upset walking in. My break light had been problematic and I had been reporting it for years. Jason Dale was AMAZING! Poor Customer Service There were several issues that came up during my last visit. Waited 3+ hours for an oil change. Was charge $70+ dollars for an oil change and Tire rot There were several issues that came up during my last visit. Waited 3+ hours for an oil change. Was charge $70+ dollars for an oil change and Tire rotation and have never paid that much in the past. The only reason I bring my car to the dealership is so to not void my warranty but when treated like this I feel deceived and taking advantage of. More

Wow - outstanding help in buying pre-owned. Larry was so nice and helped us through the process every step of the way with no pressure and a willingness to be flexible especially when we needed it that week nice and helped us through the process every step of the way with no pressure and a willingness to be flexible especially when we needed it that week. He even rode with my wife to get an inspection done (because we're just that detailed about it).
