It's hard to speak to the dealership as a whole as I only worked with the sales agent, Greg Landry. Greg was maybe the best car sales person I have ever encountered. He was not pushy at all. The friendliness of the service staff was excellent especially my service adviser Mark Lewis. This was my first visit and I was impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I was in for an especially my service adviser Mark Lewis. This was my first visit and I was impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 3 hours from the time I dropped the car off to when I left. Way too long. Mark did apologize and said that they were busy and experienced downed computers, so hopefully this isn't the norm and I came on a bad day. More
In for a quick oil change. Treated like family. The dealership insisted they drop me off at local store instead of walking. Once my van was ready, they came back to store.
