Fast & Courteous I had my car in the repair center for a warranty issue. The technicians that assisted me were extremely courteous and helpful. They kept me updated I had my car in the repair center for a warranty issue. The technicians that assisted me were extremely courteous and helpful. They kept me updated along the way and even offered assistance in getting back to the shop to drive my car home. The service was incredible. They worked with me every step of the way! Excellent service and great experience. I have given Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw a 5 star rating because of the service and great experience I had given to me by Lavar Frederick. Lavar took th I have given Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw a 5 star rating because of the service and great experience I had given to me by Lavar Frederick. Lavar took the time to explain to me the service needed for my vehicle. Showed and explained the types of tires available, broke down exactly what each service would cost and how long it would take. When I told Lavar I was not able to wait he arranged a loaner vehicle and helped me through the process. When the full multipoint inspection was completed Lavar called me and told me what was found and recommended what needed to be fixed. When I returned to pick up my vehicle Lavar completed my experience taking me walking around my vehicle pointing out what was done, kind words and smile. More
