Good experience - very satisfied We've had good experiences at this location. This was the first time in our service visits that the wait was going to be about 2 hours (right before We've had good experiences at this location. This was the first time in our service visits that the wait was going to be about 2 hours (right before Christmas). The service advisor offered transportation to our house so we wouldn't have to wait in their waiting room. He ordered a Lyft (free) for us and we got home quickly. This worked out great for us & we were able to run errands and go back later to pick up our vehicle. Very satisfied. More

Friendly Staff I took my vehicle into Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw for the 30K mile maintenance package. I was told 4 hours would probably be the time it would take.
